Bobby Brown performed last night on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Brown debuted a new song he wrote about life since Whitney Houston's death in which Bobby says he "messed up pretty bad" and begs his late ex-wife "Don't let me die." Some lyrics include: "I didn’t realize that every breath I took was from you ... You were my air.” "I guess I messed up pretty bad ... I didn’t know who you were ... I didn’t know what we had. Now I’m stuck living in the past ... trying to get the pieces back ... but I guess now you’re gone." Bobby Brown's new album drops in June which is only 4 months after Whitney died.

DETROIT (WXYZ) - Pastor Marvin Winans' SUV remains missing as of Thursday morning and so do the men who punched, kicked and robbed the famous gospel singer. Winans was pumping gas Wednesday afternoon at a Detroit Citgo station on the corner of Linwood and Davison when at least two men ambushed him. The carjackers took his deep purple Infiniti QX56 SUV, a couple hundred dollars in cash and his watch. The legendary pastor is well known in Detroit and for his family's gospel music. Winans recently gained attention when he gave the eulogy at Whitney Houston's funeral . He told 7 Action News that he did not believe his attackers recognized him. Pastor Winans said he felt something was wrong when he came out of the gas station's convenience store. He said several men followed him out and assaulted him while he was pumping gas. DETROIT (WXYZ) - Pastor Marvin Winans was robbed and carjacked at a Detroit gas station Wednesday afternoon. Winans was at the Citgo Gas Station at Linwood and the Davison when he was robbed. The carjackers robbed him and took his deep purple Infiniti QX56 SUV. The license plate number on the vehicle is 0DRT73. Detroit Police are searching for the suspects. He was not hurt in the incident, but was roughed up. Pastor Winans told Action News he felt something was wrong when he came out of the gas station's convenience store. Aretha Franklin was interviewed by The Today Show's Al Roker this morning. She told Al how she will remember Whitney. " She had this little twinkle in her eye. She didn't just smile with her lips. The song speaks for itself, and Miss Cissy's tears just rip your heart open. She saw her amazing daughter come out of a toxic and controlling relationship to gain strength and work on her comeback. I wish for Whitney, Miss Cissy, and Bobby Kristina, that the media would stop guessing why Whitney's hair was wet after performing for 3 hours, why Whitney came in to say hello to Clive Davis after swimming with supposed "mismatched" clothes, and just wait until the officials tell us what happened. Let this family grieve. Bobby Kristina is an 18 year old girl who just lost her mom who was larger than life but also her best friend and her mom! Let's give this kid a break!

Geraldo Rivera talked about the death of Whitney Houston & her ex husband on his Fox News show Sunday night, "I am very harsh on my feelings on (Bobby Brown). I think that he threw (Whitney) off a cliff when they got together. That reality show they had, Being Bobby Brown, indicated how desperately dysfunctional they were." Rivera also comments on Whitney Houston & Bobby Brown's daughter saying, " She doesn't need her dad especially if unsupervised he'll probably give her something to make her feel better so she doesn't grieve . It's so awful. I hate to be mean but I really don't think very much of him at all. Bobby Brown was a member of New Edition and hasn't done anything Since but live off Whitney Houston 's millions."

Brown released a statement to Extra regarding the situation. "Today my daughter did visit with doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She has been released and is presently with my family, including her siblings," he said."Obviously the death of her mother is affecting her, however, we will get through this tragedy as a family. Again, I ask for privacy during this time."

TMZ released this photo of Bobby Brown at the airport in Nashville a few minutes ago. He is boarding a plane to LA after canceling show in Nashville tonight. It's terribly sad that Brown traveled 3 additional hours away from his daughter from Memphis to Nashville. He should have canceled his show and left Memphis immediately to be with his daughter Bobbi instead of considering performing in Nashville. Tonight. It took all day to finally decide after 5 pm to cancel. Bobbi Kristina needs our prayers more than ever. It won't be long now Brown will be shopping book deals & paid interviews. Cissy Houston has been described by neighbors as frail and quiet, and in seclusion in her new apartment on the 20th floor of a tower in Edgewater, N.J. A woman who answered the door asked for privacy, telling reporters Cissy Houston was hurting. “How would a mother who has lost her child be doing?” she said. Another woman, who was dropping off prescription medicine from CVS, said the mom was coping as best she could. “As you can imagine, she's managing,” the woman said. “She loves her daughter.”

Dolly Parton, who wrote "I Will Always Love You," which was one of Houston's greatest hits, said: "Mine is only one of the millions of hearts broken over the death of Whitney Houston. I will always be grateful and in awe of the wonderful performance she did on my song and I can truly say from the bottom of my heart, “Whitney, I will always love you. You will be missed.”
