American Bandstand's Dick Clark passed away this morning of a massive heart attack at the age of 82. Very sad news! Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Guess we're stuck with Ryan Seacrest on New Years Eve, America!

So says a tabloid out on news stands now. Lisa Marie Presley is quoted by the tabloid as saying she won’t let her fathers fans down. They claim she is stepping in to save Elvis’ Graceland. Every Elvis fan knows or expects to hear this. On every big anniversary like this 35th anniversary of Elvis’ death, the tabloids say Graceland is closing etc etc. It sells papers! Yawn....move on!

March 20, 2012 Dear Family and Friends, I wanted to let you all know that Martha passed away last night around 8pm. She was surrounded by family and friends, the chaplain had come by earlier in the day. I will let you all know about a service when I know. Darlene Love ( Whitney Houston's godmother) told The Today Show that there is NO truth to the rumor that Bobby Kristina was missing or doing drugs Saturday night after Her mother's funeral. When questioned, she said, "That's not true! That's not true. She was with us. She was with the family. The burial was very emotional and the best thing about that burial, it was like a procession because the people they lined the streets and we looked out the windows of the car and they were crying. And it made Cissy and Krissy feel really, really good. Everyone is getting over yesterday. Now it's a closure. And now we have to go on with life because Whitney would have wanted that."
