Many are wondering if Ben was an active member of the church of Scientology as well as the entire family. Lisa Marie was introduced to Scientology in the 70's by her mother Priscilla. Lisa soon met her future husband, Danny Keough who is still a Scientologist today. According to an October 1988 People cover story, Keough and Presley wed at the Celebrity Center International of the Church of Scientology in West Hollywood. Only nine people attended the event, including her mother, Priscilla Presley, who released this official statement following the wedding: "Lisa, 20, married musician Daniel Keough, 23, her boyfriend for the past three years. I am thrilled for Lisa Marie. Danny is a great guy, and I couldn’t be happier for the two of them. The couple will be honeymooning for the next three months at an undisclosed location." TMZ broke the news that Ben Keough died of an apparent suicide Sunday at the age of 27. He was the only son of Lisa Marie and only grandson of Elvis and Priscilla Presley.  Keough's death is said to be a self inflicted gun shot wound. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department said officials responded to a “rescue response” call at about 6:30 a.m. Sunday on the 24800 block Alexandra Court in Calabasas. A man in his 20s was found shot to death on a Calabasas street Sunday. (Update) 7/14 A rep for the L.A. County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office tells TMZ Benjamin put a shotgun in his mouth ... and his manner of death is classified as suicide. The autopsy was completed Monday. In 2012, Lisa Marie Presley released an album titled Storm and Grace which was named after a song of the same title featured on the album. Lisa has said she wrote the song about her son, Benjamin .  What a touching tribute to a young man gone too soon.
