When questioned, she said, "That's not true! That's not true. She was with us. She was with the family. The burial was very emotional and the best thing about that burial, it was like a procession because the people they lined the streets and we looked out the windows of the car and they were crying. And it made Cissy and Krissy feel really, really good. Everyone is getting over yesterday. Now it's a closure. And now we have to go on with life because Whitney would have wanted that." Duke Bardwell - Elvis Doc to premiere @ Nashville Film Fest

We’re pleased (totally elated is probably a better way to put it) to share the following good news: Duke & The King will make its World Premiere at the Nashville Film Festival this April! Out of nearly 3,000 films submitted this year, less than 200 films made the cut … and only a handful of music documentaries. We feel very honored (and humbled) to be featured at this year’s festival! The film will be part of the Music Films / Music City competition sponsored by Gibson. It will also be part of the overall documentary competition in the festival. We couldn’t be more excited to have this film, which we believe captures a fascinating slice of American music history, premiere in Music City, USA. We want to thank all of you for the kind words of encouragement and support you’ve offered us as we’ve labored to complete this project! We are especially grateful to our many Kickstarter campaign backers! YOUR generosity helped make this film (and dream) a reality! And last, but

Aretha Franklin was interviewed by The Today Show's Al Roker this morning. She told Al how she will remember Whitney. " She had this little twinkle in her eye. She didn't just smile with her lips. She had this little twinkle in her eye. Something happened and I wrote a little something with that in mind. And that was, twinkle twinkle superstar we don't wonder where you are. Up above the world so bright, like a diamond in the night. Twinkle, twinkle she stood alone. I can't believe that she's gone."

Whitney dedicates song to Cissy Houston, tearful Mom

The song speaks for itself, and Miss Cissy's tears just rip your heart open. She saw her amazing daughter come out of a toxic and controlling relationship to gain strength and work on her comeback. I wish for Whitney, Miss Cissy, and Bobby Kristina, that the media would stop guessing why Whitney's hair was wet after performing for 3 hours, why Whitney came in to say hello to Clive Davis after swimming with supposed "mismatched" clothes, and just wait until the officials tell us what happened. Let this family grieve. Bobby Kristina is an 18 year old girl who just lost her mom who was larger than life but also her best friend and her mom! Let's give this kid a break!

NJ Gov. Chris Christie comments on Whitney Houston

Geraldo Rivera has harsh feelings for Bobby Brown

Geraldo Rivera talked about the death of Whitney Houston & her ex husband on his Fox News show Sunday night, "I am very harsh on my feelings on (Bobby Brown). Rivera also comments on Whitney Houston & Bobby Brown's daughter saying, " She doesn't need her dad especially if unsupervised he'll probably give her something to make her feel better so she doesn't grieve . It's so awful. I hate to be mean but I really don't think very much of him at all. Bobby Brown was a member of New Edition and hasn't done anything Since but live off Whitney Houston 's millions."

Bobby Brown arrives in LA

McCartney won as a compilation producer for the deluxe Paul McCartney Archive Collection edition of his former band Wings’ classic 1973 album, ‘Band On The Run.’ McCartney shared the honor with mastering engineers Sam Okell and Steve Rooke. The deluxe edition of ‘Band On The Run,’ which dropped in November 2010 in multiple formats, beat out four worthy contenders for the award: ‘Young Man With The Big Beat: The Complete ’56 Elvis Presley Masters,’ ‘Hear Me Howling!: Blues, Ballads & Beyond As Recorded By The San Francisco Bay By Chris Strachwitz In The 1960s,’ ‘Syl Johnson: Complete Mythology’ and ‘The Bristol Sessions, 1927-1928: The Big Bang Of Country Music.’ Don’t those all just sound extremely rich in a historical context? McCartney wasn’t on hand to accept the award, so either Okell or Rooke — to be hone

Bobby Brown leaving Nashville

TMZ released this photo of Bobby Brown at the airport in Nashville a few minutes ago. He is boarding a plane to LA after canceling show in Nashville tonight. It's terribly sad that Brown traveled 3 additional hours away from his daughter from Memphis to Nashville. He should have canceled his show and left Memphis immediately to be with his daughter Bobbi instead of considering performing in Nashville. Tonight. It took all day to finally decide after 5 pm to cancel. Bobbi Kristina needs our prayers more than ever. It won't be long now Brown will be shopping book deals & paid interviews. Father of the year - yeah right!

Whitney Houston Dead at 48

Tonight the world is mourning the lost of Whitney Houston. Our thoughts & prayers go out to Whitney's daughter, Bobbi Kristina & her mother, Cissy Houston. No mother should suffer the loss of a child. And Bobbi Kristina deserved to have her mother for many more years. It's so tragic. Whitney's ex husband Bobby Brown performed tonight in Southaven, Miss instead of getting on a plane & being by his 19 year old daughter's side. Brown told the audience, " I love you Whitney. The hardest thing I had to do was get up on this stage tonight" Yeah, right Bobby! It sounded rough! You have your priorities mixed up! Cissy Houston who was one of the original members of The Sweet Inspirations who sang back up for Elvis Presley is said to be hysterical over the loss of her daughter. Whitney & Cissy are from New Jersey. Their church in Newark will start memorial mass tomorrow at 6:30 AM. GOD bless Whitney. Thank you for her music and amazing talent.

Howard Stern on David Letterman's 30th Anniversary show

In case you missed the King of all media last week on David Letterman's 30th anniversary show, here it is in two parts. Part 2 is the best between the talk about the Leno feud and Dave's battle with Rosie O'Donnell. Howard vows not to do Leno to promote America's Got Talent. And you can judge a man by his loyalty! You gotta love Howard's honesty and personality. "My TVio thinks I'm a 35 year old woman" said Howard whose favorite show is The Bachelor!
