Marian Cocke's 20th Annual Elvis Presley Memorial Dinner

The 20th EPMD will be on August 12, 2011 and tickets are already on sale

Cost will remain at $85.00 and tables will be reserved as is our custom -

If you have groups of friends who would like to sit together - please send all checks for that table at the same time.

My preference is that you send a sase to have your tickets returned.

The event will be at the Peabody Hotel Grand Ballroom Mezzanine

A beautifully appointed dinner will be served followed by a memorial service to remember Elvis .

This candlelight service lasts about 15 minutes and will then be followed by entertainment.

If you would like to be a part of the memorial service YOU MUST ATTEND PRACTICE WHICH STARTS AT 12:00 noon - PLEASE BE ON TIME.

Did Linda Thompson cheat on Elvis Presley with his own band member?

Linda Thompson acknowledges that she was fully aware Elvis Presley was seeing other women during their time together. For years, there has been talk that Linda, herself stepped out on Elvis with his own band member. In her book, A Little Thing Called Life, Linda dances around the subject quite cleverly. She acknowledges being sick and tired of watching Elvis sleep all day and the cheating. She talks about one day she finally left Elvis sleeping and went out during the day. It was then that she developed a friendship with Elvis' keyboard player, David Briggs. Linda admits to being attracted to David. Sheila Caan has passed away

Sheila Caan has lost her battle with Cancer, our thoughts and prayers go out to her family & friends. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal Sheila (Ryan) Caan dated Elvis Presley, went on to marry actor James Caan  with whom she has a son, Scott Caan, also an actor. Sheila & son Scott, you will be missed! Sheila fought a long battle with Cancer. And those of us who have parents who also fought the fight, know the pain.
