Remembering Lance LeGault

It is with great sadness that I must tell you Lance passed away the afternoon of Mon., Sept. 10. Lance's daughter, Mary, told me he passed very peacefully, his heart just gave up. The family will be making funeral arrangements on Wed. (9/12) & I will pass on information when I have it.

Thank you so much to all who sent cards & notes to Lance. Mary said he did read them & they aways brought a smile to his face. Lance truly enjoyed being with fans & he appreciated their loyalty. Lance was a larger than life personality & he will be greatly missed.

Did Linda Thompson cheat on Elvis Presley with his own band member?

Linda Thompson acknowledges that she was fully aware Elvis Presley was seeing other women during their time together. For years, there has been talk that Linda, herself stepped out on Elvis with his own band member. In her book, A Little Thing Called Life, Linda dances around the subject quite cleverly. She acknowledges being sick and tired of watching Elvis sleep all day and the cheating. She talks about one day she finally left Elvis sleeping and went out during the day. It was then that she developed a friendship with Elvis' keyboard player, David Briggs. Linda admits to being attracted to David. But she says they did NOT start dating until AFTER Elvis and her relationship ended. Although through the years, others have said differently including David Briggs. Sheila Caan has passed away

Sheila Caan has lost her battle with Cancer, our thoughts and prayers go out to her family & friends. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal Sheila (Ryan) Caan dated Elvis Presley, went on to marry actor James Caan  with whom she has a son, Scott Caan, also an actor. Sheila & son Scott, you will be missed! Sheila fought a long battle with Cancer. And those of us who have parents who also fought the fight, know the pain.
