Lisa Marie Presley's Ex is out for MONEY in the divorce!

DailyMail.com recently reported that Lisa Marie's soon to be, but not too soon enough EX, Michael  Lockwood claims he reluctantly signed a post-nuptial agreement but never read it or got a copy of it.

WAH!

The agreement stipulates that any property obtained before or after the marriage remain separate.

Lockwood is also asking for $100,000 toward legal fees for divorce. What a MAN!

Lockwood was paid a salary by Lisa Marie to be her musical director.
   
He says he's sleeping on a friend's sofa while Lisa Marie has a $100,000 a month allowance.

Your point is, Lockwood?

DM reports Lisa Marie tells confidantes Lockwood was 'verbally and financially abusive and she feared 'he's an unsafe father' to twin. She demanded  full custody and monitored visits of 8-year-old twins Harper and Finley.

If Lisa Marie is asking for FULL CUSTODY and only visitation, there is a serious issue here. We know Lisa Marie and her first husband Danny have and had a great relationship and put their children first. So, in my opinion, Lisa Marie definitely has her reasons for this.

Lockwood claims he's living on a 'below poverty line' income since the couple separated in June last year and Presley has refused to support him.

Lockwood, GET A JOB! What a pansy! What nerve!

There are people who REALLY are struggling. 

There are people who walk MILES to and from work. 

There are people who work 2 and 3 jobs to make ends meet. People who work minimum wage jobs.

DailyMail.com obtained documents which say Presley, 48, supported her husband, 56, and their two children for ten years since they were married in 2006.

He was paid a salary to act as her musical director.

How unattractive!

'Petitioner worked with or for no one else because that was what Petitioner demanded,' the document filed at LA Superior Court states.

The document added: 'Petitioner (Lisa Marie) continues to live an extremely affluent and comfortable lifestyle because she inherited tens of millions of dollars from her famous father, and she may have earned additional income during marriage.'

The legal paperwork also states that Lockwood did NOT sign a pre-nuptial agreement in 2005, the year before they were married, when Presley asked him to.

But it states Lockwood was eventually forced to sign a 'post-nuptial agreement' in 2007 to 'pacify' Presley who had yelled at him.

Forced? Forced? C'mon! You really are making yourself look like a fool.

The couple had lived in Tennessee until when they both moved to Los Angeles earlier in 2016.

But it's believed they were living separately when Presley filed for divorce.

Presley - who has been married four times - wed musical director Lockwood in a lavish $340,000 Japanese ceremony in Kyoto, Japan in 2006.

Her first husband Danny Keogh, was best man at the ceremony.

And that says it all about Lisa Marie. Danny and Lisa have and still co-parent while also remaining friends. She does what is BEST for her kids! And unfortunately, she will have to deal with this cry baby for many years to come. So LMP will probably unselfishly settle for the interest of her children. That's what good parents do! And Lisa Marie is a dedicated Mama Bear. Her kids come first. 


The 'Post-Nuptial Agreement' Lockwood signed was very 'advantageous' to Presley, the document states, because it waived his right to spousal support.

RIGHTFULLY SO!

Parents all across America work jobs they may not love, some work more than one but they do it for their kids. That's what good parents do.   

It seems to me, my opinion, that you do not want to work or stand on your own. In my opinion, it seems you want to live off the Presley name. It's like those women who have babies with athletes, 18 years guaranteed payments! That's a real panty dropper in the dating world!

Since the split Lockwood, who claims his monthly expenses were $60,000 a month during the marriage, claims he has had to sell personal property and sleep on a friend's couch to avoid being a homeless person.

In his personal declaration Lockwood says Presley received $100,000 a month in income when they were first married.

Yes, LISA received NOT LOCKWOOD. Elvis Presley was NOT your father. And he did not work so hard for YOU!

He says in June last year Presley and their two children Harper and Finley left the family home in Nashville, Tennessee to move to Los Angeles.

He stayed behind to finish packing their belongings and had intended to continue to live with Presley and their daughters in LA.

But he says that when he arrived in LA he learned Presley didn't want him to live with them and then he read on the internet that she had filed for divorce.

He added that he also discovered that the Department of Children's and Family Services were conducting an investigation regarding Harper and Finley.

Lockwood says he has had to sell personal property to make ends meet including some guitars he had in storage for $4,500 and a vintage car he owned for $23,000.

WAH! Sell ALL the guitars, the Hats, clothing, SELL IT ALL! That's what you gotta do when you live under someone Else's thumb. 

In comparison he claims he has heard that Presley is spending $100,000 a month on her living arrangements.

Don't be jealous. You are NOT entitled to ANY of it. Too bad! Move on!

Lockwood states in his declaration that the marriage hit a rocky patch six months before Presley filed for divorce.

He said they began arguing because, among other things, his wife told him she was upset that he had incurred charges using an American Express card which she would have to pay the balance on.

Yes, because he ran up the bill, didn't pay it and she got sued by Amex. Who does this guy think he is?

Lockwood says he was forced to use the AmEx card to 'live a lifestyle consistent with Petitioner's (Presley) financial station in life.'

FORCED! He was FORCED to buy ALL those guitars for himself, All those HATS, All the Clothing FOR HIMSELF. He had secret storage lockers filled with stuff Lisa had no clue about. 

He said he was unable to buy birthday and Christmas presents for her and their daughters that were 'appropriate' given Parsley's wealth.

Lockwood says that in the spring of 2016 Presley wanted him to sign a document transferring his property, including computers and musical equipment, to her over the credit card debt.

Who could blame her? He lived like a compulsive shopping housewife with no concern what things cost. Lisa Marie is very sensible when it comes to money. She wanted to clear the debt and HOLD him ACCOUNTABLE. 

He agreed to 'pacify' her but continued to accrue debt on other credit cards to pay for living expenses.

Living expenses? What expenses when LMP is paying it ALL. Did you even chip in for the cable bill with your allowance? Passive aggressive. He said yes and then continued to do just as he pleased even though he knew it was wrong. That's LIES. Lockwood, that says it ALL. Marriage is about being a team, not spending your spouse's money on YOURSELF and hiding it in storage lockers. And not paying the bills so your spouse gets sued. PUTZ!

Lockwood says that when he followed Presley and his daughters to LA in June 2016 his wife wouldn't let him live with them at Presley's mother's home in Beverly Hills.

'I had no money, no place to live, no musical equipment or computers which would allow me to work and earn money,' he stated.

You have storage lockers FULL of guitars and equipment, stop embarrassing yourself.

After selling some personal items to make ends meet Lockwood claims he borrowed $10,000 from his parents.

Hey, Lockwood, some people SURVIVE on 10 grand a YEAR.  No sympathy for you.

A lease car he was driving which Presley had been paying for also had to be returned because the payments stopped.

Poor Baby! 

In his declaration Lockwood asks the court not to enforce the 'Post-Nuptial Agreement' he signed because it gave his wife 'unfair advantage' in that she was wealthy when she had him sign it.

It is FAIR. Lockwood is NOT ENTITLED to ANY of the PRESLEY money! Go get a job! You showed your true colors! You were there for the money all along. And when Lisa put a stop to the spending on HIMSELF, it created a problem but he went behind her back and kept doing it.

He said: 'I relied on her to support me for many years, I gave up my career and lost my professional connections because of her insistence that I be available to her and not work with other people, I am now in my mid-50s with no income and no assets, and I received nothing for supposedly giving up the right to receive spousal support.'

C'mon, are you a MAN? She didn't LET you? Tiny Lisa Marie FORCED you NOT to be a MAN and work. You don't mind NOT WORKING and enjoyed a fabulous lifestyle with Lisa. The party is over, my friend. You should have controlled your spending. Had you, you'd still be there.

In a personal declaration made by Lockwood, he laid out their dream lifestyle in which the couple and their twin daughters traveled first class around the world, stayed at five-star hotels and enjoyed several luxury properties they owned.

It's Greyhound from now on, buddy. You screwed yourself. 

Lockwood says that during the marriage the couple had full-time nannies for their two daughters Harper and Finley, now eight, a security team as well as housekeepers and gardeners.

Lisa will probably end up having to pay for the nannies and security when the girls are with him. You'd think he'd want to stand on his own but he's still got his hand out feeling ENTITLED to the Presley money.

I don't think he'll get a date anytime soon. Any woman who sees this, if she's got her act together will run the other way. 

When he accompanied Presley on a tour to promote her singing career between 2011-2016, Lockwood says they had two tour buses and stayed at the 'nicest hotels' in the towns where she performed.

He said Presley had expensive tastes and would blow $20,000 a time on shopping trips.

So? She could afford it. YOU spent HER MONEY on YOU! And YOU could NOT afford it!

Now Lockwood has filed court documents asking the Elvis heir to some $300 million for $40,000 in spousal support and $100,000 toward legal fees.

Read this again, ladies. And again! And then run! Not exactly what anyone is looking for. That's a bad case of ENTITLEMENT.

While Lockwood said his personal income peaked at $190,000 a year in 2003 when he met Presley, he couldn't compete with her wealth.

He recalls, starting in 2004 the year after they met, Presley sending her assistants out to shop for her at high end department stores like Barneys New York and Neiman Marcus and Chanel.

Lockwood said he was present when her stylist would arrive with racks of clothing and jewelry for Presley to choose from which generally happened if there was an event to attend or his wife was going to perform.

He added that he witnessed and was told by Presley, 48, that she 'would spend large amounts of money, like $20,000 or more, buying clothes or shoes from a single store on a single shopping trip that her assistants went on for her.'

And seeing this, you thought ME TOO! GREEDY!

Who can Lisa Marie trust besides her immediately family? My heart goes out to her. She can not trust anyone. I think this character showed his true colors. He is all about the money!

I personally feel seeing these responses from documents Daily mail uncovered, this guy is a real 
smuck!

I hope Lisa can get this settled as soon as possible for the best interest of her girls. But I hate that this pansy is going to get ANY Presley money. He thinks he is ENTITLED to it. What an entitled attitude. I doubt this pansy ever worked a hard day in his life.

I feel bad for Lisa. And I don't blame her for laying low during this time. She takes enough cr&* from the media. We all need to support Lisa Marie and pray that this divorce happens quickly. Lisa will do whatever for the best interest of her girls. Lisa is putting her children first. And many people put themselves first before the kids. It's admirable. 

Keep Lisa and her kids in your prayers. I will be praying and sending positive thoughts for them.
