Elvis Presley's Memphis Mafia member Marty Lacker has passed away



Marty Lacker served as Elvis' Chief Personal Aide for 3 years according to Joe Esposito. Marty and Joe served as Presley's Co-Best Men at his wedding. Joe Esposito officiated as Chief Road Manager and Chief Personal Aide for almost 17 years. Joe passed away a few months ago, November of 2016.

Marty passed away of Kidney Failure after being in and out of the hospital since December.

Marty published a book in 1980 titled Elvis: Portrait of a Friend. The first half was Marty's story then you flipped the book over and the other half was his wife Patsy's story about life with Elvis. You can find this book on Amazon for as low as 10 cents if you haven't read it.

Did Linda Thompson cheat on Elvis Presley with his own band member?

Linda Thompson acknowledges that she was fully aware Elvis Presley was seeing other women during their time together. For years, there has been talk that Linda, herself stepped out on Elvis with his own band member. In her book, A Little Thing Called Life, Linda dances around the subject quite cleverly. She acknowledges being sick and tired of watching Elvis sleep all day and the cheating. She talks about one day she finally left Elvis sleeping and went out during the day. It was then that she developed a friendship with Elvis' keyboard player, David Briggs. Linda admits to being attracted to David. Sheila Caan has passed away

Sheila Caan has lost her battle with Cancer, our thoughts and prayers go out to her family & friends. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal Sheila (Ryan) Caan dated Elvis Presley, went on to marry actor James Caan  with whom she has a son, Scott Caan, also an actor.
