Lisa Marie Presley Divorce - Ex alleges threat was contemporaneously recorded

Radaronline reports Lisa Marie Presley allegedly threatened to make her ex Michael Lockwood‘s life a nightmare if he didn’t withdraw his claim for alimony cash.

In court documents obtained by Radar that on December 29, Lockwood filed an order asking Presley to pay him $40,000 per month in spousal support and to pay his attorneys’ fees in the amount of $100,000. He also alleged in that filing that the couple’s post-nuptial agreement was “not valid,” or at least unenforceable.

They married in 2006, he SIGNED the post nup in 2007. He had NO PROBLEM with it until now! Not til Mommy shut down the spending and cut off the credit cards!

Then on January 20, the court documents claim that Lockwood’s attorney “received a phone call from [Lisa Marie’s] attorney, who said that [Michael] should withdraw his request … unless he wanted the allegations against him in the dependency court to be disclosed…”

That “threat was contemporaneously recorded,” the complaint claims.

Isn't California a TWO PARTY CONSENT STATE?
Lockwood didn’t back down, and on February 7, the court documents allege, Presley “followed through on her threat by disclosing unproven allegations” about him.

Lockwood’s filing claims that the move was intended to “destroy” his reputation, and was in direct violation of a September 2016 court order in their child custody case “prohibiting the disclosure of information about that case.”

In Lockwood’s February 14 court filing, he revealed to the judge and the public that his ex had been living in a “very expensive”rehab following their June 2016 split.

Pot meet kettle! Who slung the mud first? I think that is pretty clear here.

“Petitioner moved into her mother’s residence in Beverly Hills when we arrived from Tennessee, and then she lived in a very expensive in-patient treatment facility for approximately three months,”Lockwood reveals in the documents.

If Lisa was in treatment, I am sure her insurance covered it or most of it. And being the daughter of Elvis Presley, she can not go into an average treatment facility. This guy counts Lisa's dollars! Why didn't he watch the manager so closely? Whatever money Lisa HAD or HAS is HERS and HERS ALONE. Elvis has given this guy a great lifestyle for over ten years. Enough! The jig is up! Get a job!
