Lisa Marie Presley finds DISTURBING Images on Ex's Computer - Allegations of Abuse and Neglect (UPDATED)

Well, I always knew there was more to the story BUT I never thought it was this HEARTBREAKING! Many news outlets are reporting Lisa's girls are in the care of the Department of Children and Family Services. A hearing is set for March 17th in this matter.

It is also reported that Lisa Marie found disturbing images and videos on her soon to be Ex's computer. These are alleged to be DISTURBING and INDECENT images and videos of CHILDREN!

Lisa Marie is said to have notified the police herself. Police raided the home and found over 80 devices which are still being analyzed. Lisa is horrified and shocked by this. The couple have been married since 2006. They separated in June of 2016.

As you may remember, Lockwood demanded SPOUSAL SUPPORT and Attorney Fees. The Daily Mail uncovered Lisa's legal response filed February 7, 2017.

Lisa Marie states she does not have the funds to pay Lockwood spousal support and attorney fees. She even admits she has yet to pay her own attorney.

Here is the BOMBSHELL - In these court papers uncovered by The Daily Mail, Lisa Marie states
she found the DISTURBING Photos Lockwood had allegedly taken HIMSELF! And there were HUNDREDS of them! She goes on to say she also found disturbing video and behavior. Lisa had no idea he had taken these photos!

Lisa also says these is a trial set for March of this year regarding allegations of CHILD ABUSE and NEGLECT.

Lisa Marie is fearful there are MORE and FAR WORSE on these devices. Her court documents state that the Tennessee Police along with the Beverly Hills Police Department are conducting investigations into these allegations. 

The papers state, 'While the Respondent [Lockwood] has not yet been convicted of crimes related to his possession of these photos, that he possessed them is documented evidence of conduct that has destroyed the mental or emotional calm of Petitioner, and, as in Schu, is domestic violence "by an reasonable definition of the term."' reports The Daily Mail.

BIM- This is really horrific! No wonder Lisa needed a mental break and choose to go into rehab. Lisa Marie is an amazing mother. And there is NO DOUBT, she always puts her children first. She is doing all she can to protect her children who are now 8 years old. My heart goes out to her and her family. Keep fighting Lisa!

There are so many conflicting stories about Lisa's girls being taken away from her. I, personally can not imagine why since the allegations are against Lockwood. Unless, of course like in many custody cases, allegations have been hurled back at Lisa. I can not imagine Presley kids in Foster care!
Surely, they must be with their Mama or other family members. Definitely other family members if not with Lisa. It would be too risky to have the girls with strangers.My heart breaks for Lisa. No mother should have to go through this.

TMZ reports "sources" told them the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is conducting an investigation and for now the children will remain in protective custody.

People Magazine reports Presley’s court filing does not state why the children were allegedly removed from her custody as well as from Lockwood’s. Her attorneys declined to comment to PEOPLE. The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family services also declined to comment.

The Mirror reports The eight-year-old girls, Finley and Harper Lockwood, are now under the care of DCFS "pursuant to dependency court orders".

The Telegraph reports The couple’s daughters had been living with her but have now been placed in the custody of California’s child services.


Here's what I found from Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services

Most reports of child abuse do not result in children being removed from their families.
The first goal is to enable the child to remain safely in higher own home.- If this is not possible, the social worker must remove the child from the home and place him/her in . a foster home.
If it is necessary in order to protect the child, the child welfare agency also is authorized to arrange emergency, temporary foster care.

California has strict rules about removal of children from families. However, because children are vulnerable, the law also affords them significant protection. Peace officers are authorized to take an endangered child into protective custody place the child in the care of the child protection agency.

This initial emergency removal is allowed by law without a warrant for 48 hours, not counting holidays and weekends. Should the child protection agency decide that the child cannot yet return safely to the home, the agency must immediately ask the Superior Court, Juvenile Division, to hold a hearing to determine if continued removal is necessary.
