Elvis Fan has Memphis Hotel Room Robbed During Elvis Week

Fox 13 Memphis Reports that an Elvis fan visiting from The Netherlands for Elvis Week has been burglarized at the Econo Lodge  at 22 N. BB King on Wednesday, August 16th.

The victim told police he left his hotel room locked, but returned to find items missing.
He had two Elvis shirts stolen and an Elvis Zippo lighter. The value of the souvenirs was around $150. Police have not made any arrests in connection with the theft.

The Guesthouse at Graceland had a similar problem 3 months ago. Although it was on a much larger, scarier level. Seems to be a city wide problem.
